These terms govern your use of theNetwork waitlist and early access website. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
What the Waitlist Is
The waitlist lets founders and builders express interest in theNetwork. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, membership, timing, or availability.
Your Information
You agree to provide accurate information and not submit information on behalf of someone else without permission. You are responsible for the content you provide in the waitlist form.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit spam or abusive content, bypass security controls, or use the site in violation of law.
Early Access Communications
By joining the waitlist, you agree that we may email you about waitlist status, early access, product updates, and related launch information. You can ask us to stop non-essential emails at team@thenetworkapp.xyz.
Ownership
theNetwork, the site, and related product materials are owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not grant you ownership rights in the product, brand, software, or content.
Disclaimers
The waitlist and site are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the waitlist, site, or early access program at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or waitlist.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops. If changes are material, we will update the effective date and provide appropriate notice.

These starter terms are designed for the current waitlist, not the full mobile app launch. They should be reviewed by counsel before paid acquisition, public launch, payments, subscriptions, or member access.
